My name is Darlene and I was diagnosed with a rare form of LEUKEMIA in 2002. My doctors told me that I had about 5-years to live and that, unfortunately, there was no effective treatment for my leukemia. After two years had gone by, still no effective treatment had become available for me, and I was feeling sicker and weaker by the day. As a devout Christian, I prayed to the Lord to guide me. In March 2004, during one of the many on-line searches to understand the progression of my rare leukemia; I came across the Hallelujah Acres web page. I didn't find anything on leukemia, although I did read about other types of cancers that were helped by The Hallelujah Diet. I read about the importance of eating live food because our bodies where made up of live cells. It seemed so right, so I immediately embraced The Hallelujah Diet. I made certain modifications to it. However, that is, I virtually eliminated all sugars, including those found in fruits and their juices. I began juicing twice a day, primarily dark leafy-green organic vegetables mixed with organic carrots. WITHIN FOUR MONTHS I FELT UNUSUALLY HEALTHY. I DIDN'T FEEL WEAK OR FATIGUED. MY DEPRESSION DISAPPEARED. I told my husband, who is an ordained minister, that I felt quite well for a person who had been sentenced to death.

When I went to the doctor that week, he told me that there was something odd in my blood test/flow cytometry. I was concerned! He then told me that he COULDN'T FIND THE LEUKEMIA! He wanted me to have another bone marrow biopsy,but I wasn't ready. (I had already had two in the past, and the results of the second were worse than the first.) I told him that I wanted to wait a little longer. He agreed. Four months later he insisted that I have the biopsy, because again, MY BLOOD SHOWED NO SIGNS OF CANCER. This time I said 'yes.' Two weeks later I had my third bone marrow biopsy. A week later the doctor called me to his office and told me THAT THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF LEUKEMIA IN MY BONE MARROW! TEARY EYED I PRAISED GOD! He added, that in all of his years practicing medicine, he had never seen a patient go into remission without treatment!
I told him about this blessed Hallelujah Diet, and this is what he responded: 'Whatever you're doing, keep doing it!'

A Saint Anthony Story

All my life, I've had a devotion to Saint Anthony. As a child I would often pray to him for lost articles. I had a medal of Saint Anthony that I wore around my neck. I lost my medal one year on our last visit to the family cottage. I prayed and prayed to him that I would find it. But the time came for us to leave and I still couldn't find my medal. Over the winter I forgot about it, but on our first visit in the spring, there was my medal on a dirt road among the stones!

The most humorous story I ever heard regarding Saint Anthony was told by my mother. She had an aunt who prayed to Saint Anthony for many years. Every night she knelt before her statue of Saint Anthony and asked him to find her a husband. She prayed and prayed faithfully, but her prayers just weren't being answered. Finally one day, feeling discouraged and angry that Saint Anthony wasn't answering her prayers, she took the statue and threw it out the window. It flew out of her apartment window and bonked an pedestrian on the head. The man saw which window the statue had come from, and returned it to her.

They married shortly after. I'm sure the bump had healed by then.

Saint Anthony definitely sees the humorous side of things. I'm sure there are many times that we all need a whack on the head before we can see God's will for our lives.

Acid/Alkaline (pH) Levels Determine Whether You Live Or Die

1.How many know something about pH – The acid/alkalinity of the body? Amazingly, and without fail, almost everyone attending the seminar raises their hand to indicate that they do know something about pH. Next Question:
2.Should the body be in an acid or alkaline state? This question always brings a resounding response of “ALKALINE.” Next Question:
3.If the body should have an alkaline pH, why do you eat a diet that is predominantly ACID? Silence fills the room!

Keep Your Bloods pH in the Alkaline Zone

Few people realize that if the pH (the acid/alkaline balance) of the blood drops below 7.0 and (into the acid range), the body becomes first catatonic, then comatose, and then the person dies. Interestingly, if the body’s pH rises above 7.45 it can lead to excessive alkalosis and even death if not quickly corrected. Maintaining proper blood pH is essential for keeping us alive and well on planet earth.

Some body fluids must be acid for proper digestion i.e. stomach acids (we will learn more about the importance of maintaining stomach acidity next week, along with the dangers of antacids). Thus it is important that all body fluids maintain proper pH. This isn’t difficult if we eat what God intended us to eat. (We will look at God’s intentions further along in this article.)

What We Eat and Drink Determines Body pH

Everything we place into our mouth in the form of food or drink or drug, has either an acidifying or alkalizing effect upon the body’s pH (acid/alkaline balance).

Acidifying Foods & Drugs

•All flesh foods are highly acidic – beef, pork, chicken, and fish (including salmon)
•All dairy foods are highly acidic, with cheese being the most acidic)
•Refined sugar is highly acidic
•Beer has a pH of 3.9 – 4.2 pH) and coffee a pH of 4.7 (both extremely acidic)
•Chocolate has a pH of 3.7, one of the most acidic things one can consume next to:
•Soft drinks have a pH ranging from 2.3 to 3.5, so acidic it eats away tooth enamel.
•Almost all drugs are acidic
•Most grains are acidic – especially wheat and wheat flour products

Alkalizing Foods

Almost all plant sourced foods leave an alkaline ash and thus have an ALKALIZING effect on the body. Barley Grass is one of the most alkalizing foods. Other alkalizing foods would include avocados, beets, carrots, all greens, almonds, and sunflower seeds, and even flax oil. A few plant foods leave an acid ash – blueberries, cranberries, plums, prunes, some nuts, seeds, and legumes.

Mother’s colostrum and breast milk have a pH of 7.4, which is alkaline, the same pH as the blood flowing through the human body. Cow milk has a pH below 7.0, thus making it an acid food. Placing acid cow milk into the human baby or adult has a negative effect upon the body’s pH and is just one more reason babies as well as adults should never consume cow milk or anything made from it (cheese, yogurt, etc.).

Since all substances placed into the mouth have a pH value, it is easy to see how foods and drinks either acidify or alkalize the body and thus have an effect upon our health, blood, life, and longevity.

To prevent the blood from becoming even slightly acidic, which would cause death, the body will use the following means to get rid of or neutralize the excess acid:
1.The body will store excess acid in the muscles, one of the primary causes of fibromyalgia.
2.Acid helps facilitate the creation of plaque and cholesterol on arterial walls.
3.Creates adipose fat cells causing weight gain.
4.Cause blood to clot.
5.Store extra water to help neutralize the acid (edema).
6.Induce hot flashes, sweating, and rashes in an effort to expel the acid.
7.Cause colds, and other immune responses to get rid of the excess acid.
8.Draw alkaline minerals like calcium from tissues, bones and teeth in an effort to neutralize the acidity (causing osteoporosis).
When the body is unable to get rid of sufficient acid, decay begins to literally decompose the body as it begins the process of returning the body back to the dust from which it came:

The pH scale runs from “0” (extremely acid) to “14” (extremely alkaline). A pH of 0-6.9 is acid; 7 is neutral, 7.1 to 14, is alkaline. Each unit increases by a factor of 10. To neutralize 1 part of acid requires 10 parts of alkalinity.

The pH of the blood is 7.35 to 7.45 (slightly alkaline)

When did the Church established by Jesus Christ get the name Catholic?

Christ left the adoption of a name for His Church to those whom he commissioned to teach all nations. Christ called the spiritual society He established, "My Church" (Mt. xvi, 18), "the Church" (Mt. xviii, 17).

In order to have a distinction between the Church and the Synagogue and to have a distinguishing name from those embracing Judaic and Gnostic errors we find St. Ignatius (50-107 A.D.) using the Greek word "Katholicos" (universal) to describe the universality of the Church established by Christ. St. Ignatius was appointed Bishop of Antioch by St.Peter, the Bishop of Rome. It is in his writings that we find the word Catholic used for the first time. St. Augustine, when speaking about the Church of Christ, calls it the Catholic Church 240 times in his writings.

St. Ignatius of Antioch, disciple of the Apostle John, concerning the heretics of his day wrote: "They have abstained from the Eucharist and prayer, because they do not confess that the Eucharist is the flesh of Our Savior Jesus Christ."

St. Justin Martyr, another Church Father of the second century wrote: "This food is known among us as the Eucharist... We do not receive these things as common bread and common drink; but as Jesus Christ our Savior, being made flesh by the Word of God."

"Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you. He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has life everlasting and I will raise Him up on the last day. For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed" (John 6:54-56) "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" they argued. (John 6:53) "And whilst they were at supper, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke: and gave to his disciples, and said: Take ye, and eat. THIS IS MY BODY. And taking the chalice, he gave thanks, and gave to them, saying: Drink ye all of this. FOR THIS
IS MY BLOOD." (cf. Matt. 26:26-28; Mark 14:22-24; Luke 22:19-20).

In the most unequivocal language the Apostles affirmed that the bread and wine duly consecrated on the altar did in fact become the actual Substance of the Savior. Declared the Apostle Paul: "The chalice of benediction which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? And the bread which we break, is it not the partaking of the body of the Lord?" (1 Cor. 10:16)

....Receive ye the Holy Ghost. Whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them; and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained." (John 20:19-23). "Amen I say to you, whatsoever you shall bind upon earth, shall be bound also in heaven; and whatsoever you shall loose upon earth, shall be loosed also in heaven." (Matt. 18:18) "Take heed to yourselves, and to the whole flock, wherein the Holy Ghost hath placed you bishops, to rule the church of God ..." (Acts. 20:28) "And when they had
ordained to them priests in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, in whom they believed." (Acts 14:22). " He that heareth you, heareth me; and he that despiseth you, despiseth me; and he that despiseth me, despiseth Him that sent me." - Luke 10:16

Catholic Church is the church most united in Christ. The spectacle of one billion Catholics, three-fifths of all professed Christians, perfectly, indomitably united in belief, in organization, and in worship - the historical fact that Catholics, consistently the largest body of Christians in the world, have always been thus perfectly united - was evidence nobody can not ignore. Here is the unity of Bible prophecy -
nowhere else on the Christian scene was there a unity nearly so compact, nearly so long-lived. Nowhere else on the Christian scene was there a unity so obviously permanent.

Wrote the great St. Cyprian in the third century: "God is one and Christ is one, and one is His Church, and the faith is one, and one His people welded together by the glue of concord into a solid unity of body. Unity cannot be rent asunder, nor can the one body of the Church, through the division of its structure, be divided into separate pieces" (St. Cyprian, On the Unity of the Church, chap 23).

Like His glorified body in Heaven, Christ's Mystical Body on earth never was and never will be a disjoined body. St. Paul said, a member of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones. (Eoh. 5:30) ...Sanctify them in truth. Thy word is truth. ...That they all may be one, as thou, Father, in me, and I in
thee; that they also may be one in us... I in them, and thou in me; that they maybe made perfect in one." (John 17:1-23).

You can see in Sacred Scripture that Christ's true church is not the "learning" church but is manifestly a TEACHING church. Moreover, it is evident that Christ's true church is an INFALLIBLE teacher, never liable to teach false doctrine "All power is given to me in heaven and in earth. Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching then to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world." (Matt.28:18-20). "As the Father hath sent me, I also send you." (John 20:21). Here again is a clear, unmistakable reference to the teaching mission of His Church; for here He is telling the Apostles that they had fallen heir to His own teaching mission. His Church was to be no less of a teacher than He was.

Here is another evidence that Catholic Church is an INFALLIBLE teacher, never liable to teach false doctrine: "These things have I spoken to you, abiding with you. But the Paraclete, the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring all things to your mind, whatsoever I shall have said to you. ... when the Paraclete cometh, whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceedeth from the Father, he shall give testimony of me. And you shall give testimony, because you are with me from the beginning." (John 14:25-26; 15:26-27).

In 397 A.D., the Catholic Church gave a definitive decision as to which writings and books should be admitted into the Bible and which should be rejected, and every book which is in the Protestant New Testament today, was put there by Pope Siricus and the Catholic Bishops in the year 397 A.D. If Christ
had intended that men should learn Christianity from the New Testament, what about the hundreds who lived before the first Bible was given to the world by the Catholic Church? Luther's Protestant Bible came out 1520 and before his Bible the Catholic Bible had been translated into Spanish, Italian,
Danish, French, Norwegian, Polish, Bohemian, Hungarian and English, there was exactly 104 editions in Latin; 38 editions in German language, 25 editions in Italian language, 18 in French. In all 626 editions of the Bible with 198 in the language of the laity, had been edited before the fist Protestant Bible was sent forth into the world.

What books are not found in Protestant Bible?

They are Tobias, Judith, Wisdom, Ecclesiasticus, Baruch and the two Books of Machabees, together with fragments of Esther (x.4; xvi, 24), and Daniel (iii, 24-90; xii., xiv). These books were contained in the Alexandrian list or Canon of Books which was used by Greek-speaking Jewsof Alexandria, Asia Minor, Greece and Italy.

Why did Luther reject 7 books from the Bible?

Because they did not suit his new doctrines. He had arrived at the principle of private judgment - of picking and choosing religious doctrines; and whenever any book, such as the book of Machabees, taught a doctrine contrary to his taste he rejected it overboard and overboard that book went because it says: 2 Mach. xii 46, "it is a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead that they may be loosed from sins." He not only cast out certain books, but he mutilated some that were left. For example, not pleased with St. Paul's doctrine, "we are justified by faith," Luther added the word "ALONE" to make the sentence read: "We are justified by faith alone." His explanation of this insertion is found in his own words, "I know very well that the word 'alone' is not in the Latin and Greek texts; but Dr. Martin Luther will have it so, and I order it to be so, and my will is reason enough. " St. Paul writes under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost. Luther creates a Lutheran Bible under his own audacity. He shows little respect for the Bible when he calls the Epistle of St. James "an Epistle of straw with no character of the Gospel in it." He spoke disparagingly about the Epistle of St. Jude, the Epistle to the Hebrews, and the beautiful Apocalypse of St. John.

The Lord's Prayer or the Our Father is in the Bible, but Catholic prayer differs from the Protestant. Protestants use a conclusion which was not in the original Greek copies of the New Testament, namely, "For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen." Catholics say the Lord's Prayer properly. Before the last book in the New Testament was written the Catholic Church celebrated her golden jubilee; 11 of the Apostles had died.

Hence, THE BIBLE CAME FROM THE CHURCH. THE CHURCH DID NOT COME FROM THE BIBLE. Christianity existed over 300 years without one single Bible Christian.

NASCAR driver Jerrod Sessler

Jerrod Sessler {10 Years Cancer-Free }
In 1999, NASCAR driver Jerrod Sessler had a dime-sized, discolored mole removed that turned out to be cancerous (melanoma). Due to the aggressive nature of the cancer, the doctors told him that he had a 5% chance of survival, or perhaps a 20% chance if he submitted to traditional therapies of chemo and radiation.

MRI Result Shows Diet Helped MS

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more 20 than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3 When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juicesprovide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we=2 0should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Vatican Investigates 'Miracle' Recovery of Man Shot in Head

Jory Aebly Given Rosary Blessed by Pope John Paul, Recovery Could Help With Sainthood

When Jory Aebly was shot in the head, execution-style during a mugging five weeks ago in Cleveland, Ohio, that should have been the end of it. Doctors at the Metro Health Medical Center told his family it was a "non-survivable" injury, according to the hospital's Web site.

But Tuesday, a very-much-alive Aebly was wheeled to a press conference before he went home in what some believe is a true "miracle," possibly good enough to help earn deceased Pope John Paul II sainthood.

"It's one in a million," Dr. Robert Geertman, a neurosurgeon involved in Aebly's treatment, said in a press conference just days after the shooting. "My jaw was on the floor after a day or two of seeing he is hanging on. ... I'd say it's pretty miraculous."

The connection between the 26-year-old's incredible recovery and the late pope came in the form of hospital chaplain, Father Art Snedeker, and a single blessed rosary Snedeker gave Aebly soon after the shooting.

"[Pope John Paul II] promised me that he would always pray for the patients at Metro and he blessed a dozen rosaries with special patients here," Snedeker said in the press conference. "The first night that Jory arrived and I performed the sacrament of the sick, I also asked Pope John Paul to pray for Jory and to protect him."

Snedeker gave Aebly the last of the rosaries that were blessed by the pope.

From then on, Aebly repeatedly amazed doctors with consistent improvement culminating in his release Tuesday, just two days before the fourth anniversary of John Paul's death.

"I stand before you today and can say, to my mind, Jory is a miracle," Snedeker said at the press conference.



'Miracle' Could Help Earn John Paul II Sainthood
At the press conference, Aebly's family also showed no shortage of faith concerning Aebly's recovery.

"I believe in the power of prayer and I firmly believe that your prayers are the reason why I can introduce you to my brave and determined son," Aebly's mother, Deb Wolfram said.

Aebly credited his recovery to "the many prayers from family, friends and co-workers and even people [he] hasn't met."

The Vatican is especially interested in the prayers from one of the people Aebly never met, but one Snedeker is certain prayed for him: Pope John Paul II.

In order to become a saint, candidates needs two official miracles attributed to them. The Vatican is currently investigating hundreds of cases of reported miracles associated with John Paul, but they haven't certified one yet.

"The first stage is beatification where the person is proclaimed blessed on the basis of living a life of heroic virture and also performing one miracle," professor Mathew Schmalz of College of the Holy Cross said. "The second and final stage is when the person becomes a saint and thus is canonized. That happens when a second miracle is documented."

Shortly after he died four years ago today, Pope John Paul II was put on the fast track for sainthood when Pope Benedict personally waived the five-year waiting period usually required for consideration.

Still, a Vatican official said the process could take some time and there is no precise schedule. The Vatican has repeatedly denied rumors that Pope John Paul will be declared a saint in June of this year, which would coincide with the 30th anniversary of his election as pope.

"We cannot predict a precise schedule," Monsignor Angelo Amato, prefect of the Congregation for the Caucus of Saints told Italian news service ANSA. "All stages, including the examination of the miracle, have to be conducted in a particularly thorough way."

If Aebly's recovery is validated as a miracle, it would be enough for Pope John Paul's beatification, leaving just one more before sainthood would be possible.

A man, whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II, owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism. 'Very few people were true Nazis,' he said, 'but many enjoyed the return of German pride, and many more were too busy to care. I was one of those who just thought the Nazis were a bunch of fools. So, the majority just sat back and let it all happen. Then, before we knew it, they owned us, and we had lost control, and the end of the world had come. My family lost everything. I ended up in a concentration camp and the Allies destroyed my factories.'

We are told again and again by 'experts' and 'talking heads' that Islam is the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the spectre of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam.

The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history. It is the fanatics who march. It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide.. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave. It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honour-kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque.. It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals. It is the fanatics who teach their young to kill and to become suicide bombers.

The hard, quantifiable fact is that the peaceful majority, the 'silent majority,' is cowed and extraneous.

Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. China's huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.

The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet.

And who can forget Rwanda, which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were 'peace loving'?

History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason, we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points:

Peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence.

Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don't speak up, because like my friend from Germany, they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun.

Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghans, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late. As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group that counts--the fanatics who threaten our way of life.

Lastly, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious is contributing to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand.. So, extend yourself a bit and send this on and on and on! Let us hope that thousands, world-wide, read this and think about it, and send it on - before it's too late.

That man was Jeff Markin who, on October 20, 2006, walked into the Emergency Room at the Palm Beach Gardens Hospital and collapsed from a massive heart attack. Forty minutes later he was declared dead. After filling out his final report, the supervising cardiologist, Dr. Chauncey Crandall, started out of the room.
Dr. Crandall explained, “Before I crossed its threshold, however, I sensed God was telling me to turn around and pray for that dead patient.”
Crandall had learned to follow that impulse even if he was embarrassed. “Father God,” he said, under his breath, “I cry out for this man’s soul. If he does not know you as his Lord and Savior, raise him from the dead now, in Jesus’ name.”
With that prayer and Dr. Crandall’s instruction to give the man what seemed one more useless shock from the defibrillator, Jeff Markin came back to life—and remains alive and well today.
In Dr. Crandall’s practice he has become a doctor who prays with his patients, and he has seen many healed, but now he is dealing with another part of life – fasting to help get ride of toxic overload in the body.

In a recent appearance of The 700 Club, Dr. Crandall said that fasting, which is a period of abstinence from all food or specific items, is actually beneficial to the body.

Mimi Elliott, writing up a story about Dr. Crandall’s appearance on CBN show said “During a fast, Dr. Crandall says the body will systematically cleanse itself of everything except vital tissue. Starvation only occurs when the body is forced to use vital tissue to survive. Although protein is being used by the body during a fast, a person fasting for 40 days on water will not suffer a deficiency of protein, vitamins, minerals or fatty acids. When the unhealthy cells break down, Dr. Crandall says all essential substances are used and conserved.”
She quoted Dr. Crandall as saying, “There is an unwarranted fear of fasting that strength diminishes from the catabolism of proteins from muscle fibers.”
She added, “Dr. Crandall says. Even during long fasts, the number of fibers remains the same. Healthy cells, though they may reduce in size or strength, also remain perfectly sound. A well-nourished man can live from 50 to 75 days without food, provided he is not exposed to harsh elements. Human fat is valued at 3,500 calories per pound. Ten pounds of fat are equal to 35,000 calories.”
“Most of us have sufficient reserves, capable of sustaining us for many weeks,” Dr. Crandall says.
Mimi Elliott, in her report went on to say, “The human body has many ordinary modes of achieving elimination: the lungs, liver, kidneys, colon, etc. When these are overloaded, the body will resort to ‘extraordinary’ methods of elimination: boils, mucous and other discharges, sweat, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. If elimination is impossible, the toxic overload will go into storage forms in the joints, vessels, muscles, organs, etc. While fasting, the body is highly conservative of its energy and resources. During this rest, toxin intake and production are reduced to a minimum while elimination proceeds unchecked. Anabolic processes, such as tissue and bone healing, also proceed at a maximal rate during the fast.

Cleansing and Healing
“The first stage of cleansing removes large quantities of waste matter and digestive residues. The first few days of a fast can be rough due to the quantity of waste passing into the blood stream. After the third day of the fast, there is a little desire for food. The second stage is cleansing of mucous, fat, diseased and dying cells and the more easily removed toxins. As the fast continues, the cleansing process becomes more thorough. The last stage is the cleansing of toxins that have been accumulating in your cellular tissue from birth, and the microscopic tubes that carry vital elements to the brain.”
“Cleansing is the last layer only possible through a combination of juice fasting, water fasting, and a healthy diet high in raw foods,” Dr. Crandall says. To overcome a severe disease like cancer, Dr. Crandall says it is important to continue through a series of fasts to the point where the full scouring action of catabolism removes the disease from the tissue.

Her story went on to say, “One of the surprises that comes from fasting is an increase in mental acuity. Large amounts of blood and nervous energies have to be sent to digestive organs to digest a meal. During a fast, these energies are not required and may be used by the brain for better thinking. This increase doesn’t usually happen until after the first few days of a fast because the body is busy cleaning out toxins.

“During a fast, a metamorphosis occurs. The body undergoes a tearing down and rebuilding of damaged materials. For this reason, fasting is famous for its ability to rejuvenate and give the body a youthful tone. Fasting dissolves diseased cells and leaves healthy tissue. Fasting is beneficial for arthritis, asthma, high blood pressure, lupus, chronic fatigue, colitis, Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis, cases of paralysis, neuritis, etc.”

HELL EXISTS

The Reality of Hell
One of the great dangers of this century, and thus one of the great triumphs of Satan, has been the growing disbelief in the existence of Hell. For many, Hell has become a fable, a myth, an outdated holdover from "the Old Testament God of fire, brimstone and judgment." Urged on by false doctrines and a want to believe that there can be no such thing as eternal punishment for serious wrongs "when Jesus is a God of love and kindness," many have thrown Hell out the window – along with concern for sin. After all, if there is no Hell, then why need there be concern for sin? Unfortunately, they forget that "I am the Lord and I change not" (Malachi 3:6). Hell has not suddenly evaporated because we would prefer it so. How subtle Satan is in these times. He increasingly tricks people into his web by disguising its very existence. He wants you to let your guard down. Please do not be deceived. Hell, eternal punishment for serious sins, exists. Scripture, the Church and reports of modern-day visionaries all confirm that Hell is a reality – never-ending reality for those souls who must reside there with Satan and all the other damned forever, because by their own free will and choice they rejected God while on earth and excluded themselves from communion with Him.

Boy Raised from the Dead by St. John Bosco
A fifteen year old boy in Turin was about to die. He called for Don Bosco, but the saint was not able to make it in time. Another priest heard the boy's confession and the boy died. When Don Bosco returned to Turin, he set out at once to see the boy. When told that the boy was dead, he insisted that it was "just a misunderstanding." After a moment of prayer in the room of the dead child, Don Bosco suddenly cried out: "Charles! Rise!" To the utter amazement of all present, the boy stirred, opened his eyes, and sat up. Seeing Don Bosco, his eyes lit up.

"Father, I should now be in Hell!" gasped the boy. "Two weeks ago I was with a bad companion who led me into sin and at my last confession, I was afraid to tell everything . . . Oh, I've just come out of a horrible dream! I dreamt I was standing on the edge of a huge furnace surrounded by a horde of devils. They were about to throw me into the flames when a beautiful Lady appeared and stopped them. 'There's still hope for you, Charles,' she told me. 'You have not yet been judged!' At that moment I heard you calling me. Oh, Don Bosco! What a joy to see you again! Will you please hear my confession?"

After hearing the boy's confession, Don Bosco said to the boy, "Charles, now that the gates of Heaven lie wide open for you, would you rather go there or stay here with us?" The boy looked away for a moment and his eyes grew moist with tears. An expectant hush fell over the room. "Don Bosco", he said at last, "I'd rather go to Heaven." The mourners watched in amazement as Charles leaned back on the pillows, closed his eyes, and settled once more into the stillness of death.
